My career highlights include serving as a General Sales Agent (GSA) for prestigious airlines such as Air Arabia, Kenya Airways, and Egypt Air. Notably, I negotiated an exclusive partnership with Malaysia Airlines for airport ground handling services at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), a significant achievement in our company’s portfolio.
Driven by a forward-looking vision, I aim to harness the power of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of our services. Concurrently, I am focused on expanding our international trade presence to create greater value and opportunities for our esteemed clients and partners.
Beyond my professional commitments, I am deeply invested in sharing my expertise within the travel and tourism sector with governmental bodies and industry associations. Additionally, I am actively involved in community welfare initiatives through the Oscar Foundation and the Rotary Club. Notably, I served as the president of the Rotary Club of Lake Gardens, Kuala Lumpur, during the 2020-2021 and 2022-2023 terms.
To further enrich my knowledge and skills, I am currently pursuing an Industrial Doctorate in Business Administration, aiming to deepen my understanding and proficiency in the field.
